Low-profile and aerodynamic cargo box. Fits just about any medium and full-size cars and SUVs. The 860 has room for 2-3 golf bags, 6-10 pairs of skis up to 215cm long, 1 stroller, or 4 carry-on sized bags.

The roof box is hinged in the front and has the lifting mechanism installed closer to the front of the box, allowing for excellent access to the cargo space from both sides. The lock is located on the rear left corner and is easy to reach from the rear or side of the car. Heavy duty weather-stripping between the upper and lower half mitigates water penetration into the box.

The Sport model is our universal-fit cargo box. It has longer, recessed, section cut-outs where the box mounts to the crossbars. This allows for a very flexible mounting location without causing interference with the rear hatch, at the same time as the low-profile, Skiguard signature design, is upheld. This is an ideal model for those wanting to install and remove the box frequently, and for those using the box on multiple cars.

The Sport model is delivered with T-bolts or U-bolts and internal ski rack for 5 pairs of skis. The ski rack can easily be removed (and reinstalled) when the box is used for hiking, camping, golfing or travel bags.
